Sophie Bridgeman joins us from Germany where she worked for 7 years in private practice physiotherapy. She is trained in lymphatic drainage and bandaging. Her expertise in European treatment modalities such as Voijta therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and Schroth Therapy (scoliosis therapy) brings added client services to Alpha Physio. Sophie also worked as a personal trainer in Berlin and is very active in her free time doing Muay Thai, snowboarding, and cycling.
