Originally from the Islands of Fiji, Anisha completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017. She has over five years’ experience across private practice, public hospitals, and community-based rehabilitation settings. Anisha’s work in fast-paced environments has allowed her to develop clinical skills across multiple areas of physiotherapy.
Anisha moved to New Zealand in 2023 and started practising physiotherapy in private practice, which further strengthened her interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and concussion management.
She is passionate about helping people manage pain, recover from injury, and return to their pre-injury activities. Anisha places a strong emphasis on exercise prescription and patient education, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their personal goals and restore function and fitness.
Outside of work, Anisha enjoys travelling and discovering new places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures. She also enjoys reading, watching movies, hiking, photography, and keeping up with fashion trends. Anisha values staying active, and enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball with family, and running with her husband.

Dylan completed his Masters of Physiotherapy Studies training at the University of Queensland. He has also completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Queensland in 2021. He has a diverse physiotherapy experience including outpatient musculoskeletal care and has worked extensively with neurological, elderly and balance patients.

Dylan has a particular passion for sports physiotherapy and musculoskeletal conditions and with his science background, brings an evidence-based approach with the latest research to his practice. He particularly has an interest in sporting injuries such as AFL, running, rugby, volleyball and everything else in between! No matter the sport Dylan will be invested.

Outside of work, Dylan has an immense passion for physical activity, currently participating in volleyball, touch football, running and soccer. On his weekends, you will catch him in action playing PVL volleyball for Apex Volleyball club. In his younger years, Dylan played AFL for 12 years and that is where his passion for physiotherapy grew from. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, running and grabbing a coffee at local café.

Nia Luu

Nia completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Queensland and is currently undertaking a Masters of Philosophy, with a research focus promoting exercise participation for cancer survivors across Queensland. She has worked with a diverse range of patients within both inpatient and outpatient settings, developing particular interests in rehabilitation care, cancer care, post-operative care, and long-term safety and mobility management for older adults.

Nia has a strong passion for chronic pain management and supporting individuals living with long-term or complex conditions, maximising quality of life. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to care, with the hopes of empowering people through education and movement to build the confidence they need to get them back to what they enjoy the most! Nia is also fluent in Vietnamese.

When she’s not in the clinic, Nia spends her time at reformer Pilates classes, playing tennis, or unwinding in the kitchen – especially through baking. She also enjoys travelling and heading out on adventures with her dog, Luna, often capturing memories along the way through film photography.

Matthew (Yehun) Ju

Matthew completed his physiotherapy degree at the University of Queensland. He has experience in occupational health, private practice, and hospital settings. He has worked with patients to overcome chronic pain, acute injuries, post-op rehabilitation and neurological conditions.

Matthew has a special interest in working with chronic pain conditions. Having seen many friends and family struggle with chronic pain, he understands how debilitating, confusing, and discouraging it can be. Matthew takes a holistic approach to treatment, with a keen focus on treating the person, not the condition.

Outside of work, Matthew likes to play the drums, keep active at the gym and participate in casual volleyball and football competitions. He also enjoys golf, bowling, table tennis and pool with mates. Matthew is also fluent in Korean.

Simon Beagley

Simon Beagley is the Director and Pricipal Physiotherapist at Alpha Physio. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013 at the University of Queensland. He finished with first class honours after completing a research project assessing normal hand function in children which now helps guide treatment for children affected by Cerebral Palsy.

He is a published author in the journal Physical and Occupational Therapy in Paediatrics.

Simon has furthered his expertise by completing numerous Musculoskeletal Segmental & Dry Needling courses with the Australian Physiotherapists Association, and a Level 2 Dean Watson Headache Treatment course in 2020. He has a strong passion for treating migraines and other musculoskeletal pain and injuries. Simon has also tutored anatomy at the University of Queensland.

As well as his academic pursuits, Simon enjoys playing a variety of sports, including running, squash, martial arts, rugby union, and has played soccer for twelve years. He has also provided sports first aid for Bardon Wests Rugby Club, Ipswich Pride FC, and was on the stretcher team for the Brisbane Roar from 2011-2012. On his weekends, he enjoys running, surfing, cycling, going to the gym, and home brewing.
